Membership Guidelines & Policies

• Memberships are non‑refundable & non‑transferable.
• Monthly billed memberships require a consecutive 12- month commitment and may not be cancelled prior to fulfilling that commitment.
• When you purchase a membership (except Access For All), either online or in-person, you are agreeing to be automatically charged on a recurring basis—either monthly or annually.
• Primary adult member (18+) must keep membership info up to date.
• Primary Members are allowed one membership change within a 12-month period. * 
• Only named adults and children on the membership may use the benefits.
• The museum reserves the right to change policies for safety, health, or community reasons at any time.
• Adult members are encouraged to read the monthly membership newsletter to stay informed about current museum news.
• Complimentary guest passes must be presented at the time of use and are good for one year from the start date of the membership.
• Behavior policy: Members or guests behaving disrespectfully may have membership privileges revoked.

For reciprocal benefits through the Association of Children’s Museums: cardholder must be present; discount of 50% off general admission applies for up to six people.
