Membership FAQs

Membership Guidelines

  1. CMON memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2. Member adults (18+) are responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the membership.
  3. Member children under age 18 must be accompanied by a member adult. Only adults and children named on the membership can use the membership. 
  4.  Primary or secondary adults on the membership are responsible for keeping the membership information up-to-date. This means changes in people on the membership, and changes in mailing addresses, emails, and/or mobile numbers. 
  5. CMON reserves the right to update, change, or add policies and procedures per health, safety, and community guidelines as needed. 
  6.  Member adults are encouraged to read the monthly membership newsletter to keep up with current museum news. 
  7. Complimentary guest passes must be presented at the time of use and are good for one year from the start date of the membership. 
  8. Members or guests of members who conduct themselves in a manner deemed discourteous to other museum guests or staff will be asked to leave the museum property and the potential for membership privileges to be revoked. 
  9. Association of Children’s Museums Reciprocal Network gives you access to 200 participating Museums and a reciprocal benefit of 50% off general admission for up to six (6) people. The cardholder must be present for discounted admission. For more information, visit Find a Children’s Museum.
