This workshop is an expressive art program perfected to work through 45 minutes of music and movement while refining foundational tools like empowered movement, attunement, positive social engagement, and safety building. Built on the foundation of collaboratively navigating self-esteem, self-regulation, and social empathy. Children ages 0-5  must attend with a parent/guardian who will participate in class alongside the child. 

Classes are 45 minutes on Mondays from 9:30 – 10:15 a.m.

Program takes place during the school year and are $5 for CMON members and $10 for all other guests.
Guests who are not yet members, will need to pay for admission to the museum and the program fee.
