We can’t wait to see you in the museum! To ensure everyone has a safe and fun visit, we have outlined all of our health and safety policies below.
Health & Cleaning Protocols
- A private cleaning company comes each day to clean throughout while visitors are in the building, as well as in the evening after the museum is closed.
- All surfaces are sprayed each night with hospital-grade sanitizing spray.
- There are two sets of most items on the floor that we replace each day.
- Dirty toy bins are available throughout the museum where guests can place dirty toys for staff to sanitize and replace throughout the day.
- Numerous hand sanitizing dispensers are conveniently located around the museum
- If you or someone in your household is sick, we ask you to please stay home.
Safety Protocols
- All guests must use their “walking feet.” Running is discouraged in order to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- To prevent falls and injuries, no riding on shoulders is allowed.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited at the museum.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the museum and within North Collier Park. Any guest seen smoking or vaping will be asked to stop and if they refuse may be asked to leave.
