C’mon does not provide refunds for overestimating the number of participants attending the field trip. You may contact C’mon up to the day prior to your trip to request a headcount change and a new invoice.

[/cmsmasters_toggle][cmsmasters_toggle title=”What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?”]

The Museum is in high demand for visiting groups and we must limit the number of groups scheduled on any given day.  Therefore, if your plans change, we ask that you cancel, reschedule, or change the number of students in your group well in advance of your visit.

[/cmsmasters_toggle][cmsmasters_toggle title=”Is the Museum accessible for children with disabilities?”]

C’mon is a fully accessible museum.  Please let us know at the time of booking if your group requires special accommodations.

[/cmsmasters_toggle][cmsmasters_toggle title=”What is your student to chaperone requirements?”]

C’mon requires one chaperone per six children, which are included free.  Chaperones must be over the age of 18. Aides for children with disabilities are always free. High School students assisting in your class are considered children according to C’mon policy.  They must be paid for accordingly and are subject to the 1 to 6 ratio.

October through December 2019: Additional chaperones may attend at a cost of $6/person if booked in advance or $10 per chaperone if purchased at the Admissions Desk on the day of your field trip.

January through May 2020: Additional chaperones may attend at a cost of $7/person if booked in advance or $10 per chaperone if purchased at the Admissions Desk on the day of your field trip.

Chaperones and adults are responsible for the behavior of the group and are required to supervise and stay with students at all times during their visit to C’mon.  Chaperones MAY NOT bring younger or older children with them on the field trip.  If they do bring younger or older siblings, they will not count toward your required 1 chaperone per 6 students ratio, as they will be unable to provide their full attention to the students’ needs.

[/cmsmasters_toggle][cmsmasters_toggle title=”What if there is severe weather?”]

For visitor safety, the outdoor areas of C’mon will be closed when lightning is in the immediate vicinity.  C’mon does not refund payment for weather, with the exception of hurricanes.

For schools booking during hurricane season, please keep an eye on our website if we are in a forecast cone.  Safety is our first concern, and the Museum will be closed if hurricane or tropical storm force winds are predicted within 48 hours as well as during any evacuation and damage cleanup time.  If your trip is booked during one of these occurrences and the Museum is closed, you are eligible for a refund or to rebook your trip later in the school year.

[/cmsmasters_toggle][cmsmasters_toggle title=”What are our lunch options?”]

Schools must bring their own lunches if planning to eat while at the Museum.  Please make sure your lunches are in coolers or baskets clearly labeled with your school and teachers’ names.  Groups will eat in different locations, so it is imperative that each teacher has lunches for their class clearly labeled in individual coolers or baskets.  Schools will be assigned a lunch time and location on their Teacher Schedule.

[/cmsmasters_toggle][cmsmasters_toggle title=”Can we shop in the store?”]

Schools may shop in the Museum Store at any time during their visit, however, C’mon has a policy of no more than 6 students in the store at any given time and students MUST be accompanied by a chaperone.

[/cmsmasters_toggle][cmsmasters_toggle title=”Field Trip Scholarships”]

C’mon does not have scholarship funds available for Title 1 Collier County and Lee County schools this year.
