Access at CMON

Ensuring Every Child Has the Opportunity to Learn Through Play!

CMON’s Access for All initiative started in 2022 and provides deeply reduced admissions and memberships to families and schools in need, ensuring equitable access to our exhibits and educational programs.

Programs included in this initiative:

EBT Program: CMON has joined the Museums for All initiative that provides access for EBT, SNAP, and WIC cardholders. Museum fees can be a barrier for many under-resourced families. Cardholders receive a deep admission and membership discount when shown with a photo ID.

Library Access Pass: The CMON Library Access Pass is good for free admission for up to four guests (must include at least 1 child and 1 adult). Additional guests will pay Local Resident Admission pricing. Passes are checked out at your local library branch with a valid library card.

Discovery NightCMON regularly hosts community organizations that serve children and families for a special visit to the museum, providing a safe and secure environment for their families and/or caregivers.

Exceptional Night: Once a month, the museum is open late for partner organizations and the general public for a sensory-friendly event. The museum is modified to meet the needs of children with sensory disorders, such as muted sounds and lights.

Title 1 Field Trips: CMON offers field trips to the museum for all Kindergarten classes in Title 1 Collier County schools at no cost to the school, provided they have transportation to and from the museum.
