Learn about delicacies from around the world in our child-sized, pretend eatery.
Children study genuine artifacts from around the world and take a bite out of culture. The artifacts are part of our O’Connell Collection, assembled over 50 years by Dr. Ernestine O’Connell. The collection includes masks, textiles, dolls, puppets, and more from Brazil, Kenya, Bhutan, China, Papua New Guinea, India, and Sri Lanka. This exhibit is ever-changing, and children visit a new country every three months.
