If you can imagine it, you can build it! “THE BLUE EXHIBIT” will encourage learning through play and innovation, as kids interact with a bajillion blue items and create the fun!
What is your child learning?
0-2 year olds:
- Explore with their senses and trying new things, LOOK and TOUCH various items with different textures and shapes.
- Encourage fine motor skills by helping little ones grasp, stack, toss and roll.
2-3 year olds:
- Encourage sharing and taking turns to help toddlers with language development and social skills
4-6 year olds:
- Encourage play with other kids to help develop kindness, friendship, and cooperation.
- Cleaning up helps kids learn responsibility- so guide your child to put away their blocks after they are done playing.
6 year olds and up:
- Planning and preparation are important life skills, and older kids can use those skills as they build something complex using a variety of sizes and shapes of blocks.
- Risky play is important for physical development (like balance and coordination) as well as social-emotional development (like coping with stress and building self-confidence).
