Rainbowdance® is an expressive arts program perfected to work out wiggles and giggles while building foundational tools like empowered movement, attunement, positive social engagement, and safety building. Built on the foundation of collaboratively navigating self-esteem, self-regulation, and social empathy, each 45-minute class journeys from parachute and silk play to animal improvisation to story time and then learning how to transition into and out of simulated rest time. AND your child will sing the entire time! This is a caregiver and me class for ages 0-5 at 9:30 a.m. on Mondays.
