Mini Wonders: The Gruffalo
November 10, 2022 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am
Free – $10We’ll go trekking through the forest to find a mouse, a fox, an owl, and a snake, but will we find the Gruffalo? We’ll use our descriptive and silly words to help describe the way he looks, then we’ll practice our letter shapes to spell his name. Will that be enough to find him? Come to class and find out.
About: Mini Wonders is an excellent introduction to the formal school classroom with a casual and playful twist that’s just right for every 3-to 5-year-old. Our little learners and their parents work together to learn new concepts required to be Kindergarten ready. CMON Educators encourage and work alongside each child’s parent to make learning an everyday activity in and outside our classroom. Every month we explore new books, create art projects, tinker, and much, much more.
For the focus of our participants, only registered students and their adult helpers will be allowed in the workshop. Caregivers are invited to stay but also may drop off their child while they remain in the museum. Each class will be free for members and $10 for non-members.
