Mini Wonders: The Day the Crayons Came Home
October 5, 2023 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am
Free – $10What do you think happens to crayons when you lose them under the couch or leave them behind on a trip? Well, Duncan’s lost and forgotten crayons have had enough—and they’ve all written him postcards to let him know how they feel! Cmon and make your own picture post card while experimenting with creating new colors.
About: Mini Wonders is an excellent introduction to the formal school classroom with a casual and playful twist that’s just right for every 3-to 5-year-old. Our little learners and their parents work together to learn new concepts required to be Kindergarten ready. CMON Educators encourage and work alongside each child’s parent to make learning an everyday activity in and outside our classroom. Every month we explore new books, create art projects, tinker, and much, much more.
For the focus of our participants, only registered students and their adult helpers will be allowed in the workshop. Caregivers are invited to stay but also may drop off their child while they remain in the museum. Each class will be free for members and $10 for non-members.
