Mini Wonders: It Never Snows in Florida
December 7, 2023 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am
Free – $10It never snows in Florida, or does it? Living in the warm and sunny state of Florida, A.J. has never experienced the joy of playing in the snow. He is convinced that snowflakes are only a distant dream for children in tropical regions. We’ll show A.J how it can snow in Florida and how to construct a Florida snowman.
About: Mini Wonders is an excellent introduction to the formal school classroom with a casual and playful twist that’s just right for every 3-to 5-year-old. Our little learners and their parents work together to learn new concepts required to be Kindergarten ready. CMON Educators encourage and work alongside each child’s parent to make learning an everyday activity in and outside our classroom. Every month we explore new books, create art projects, tinker, and much, much more.
For the focus of our participants, only registered students and their adult helpers will be allowed in the workshop. Caregivers are invited to stay but also may drop off their child while they remain in the museum. Each class will be free for members and $10 for non-members.
