CLOSURE AND HOURS CHANGES
Upcoming Closure: The museum will be closed on all Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from September 9th through October 9th for annual maintenance and cleaning. CMON will continue to be closed each Wednesday of the week. Member hour will still remain from 9AM- 10 AM each day we are open.
Hours Changes: The museum will close at 4:30 p.m. beginning September 12th moving forward (instead of 5:00 p.m.).
Coming to CMON in Winter 2024: We are collaborating with Publix Super Market Charities to renovate one of our classic exhibit spaces. Stay tuned for a new and improved shopping experience built just for our little shoppers! Demolition will begin during our closure period.
The Blue Exhibit will open at CMON in our traveling exhibit space on September 21. Young builders’ imaginations can run wild as they combine foam building blocks into structures, systems, or shapes. Build life-sized forts to smaller towers and everything in between. If you can imagine it, you can build it! “THE BLUE EXHIBIT” will encourage learning through play and innovation, as kids interact with a bajillion blue items and create the fun!
