Naples, FL—Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples is pleased to announce a $1.5 million appropriation from the State of Florida to jumpstart the construction of a $3 million new early learning center on its North Collier Regional Park campus.

When Gov. Ron DeSantis signed Florida’s $116.5 billion budget in June it included the $1.5 million to help fund the creation of a new early learning center inside CMON’s walls. The new 6,000 sq ft center will serve 90 PreK3 and PreK4 students in a dedicated space in what is currently the administrative offices of the organization as well as some repurposed classroom space.

NAPLES, Florida (June 15, 2024) –Aspiring little firefighters are ready to tackle any fires near you as they learn what it takes to be a firefighter at the Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples’ new exhibit: Fire Rescue.

Children part of the CMON program learned how to put out fires from real-life firefighters and got tips on how to stay under the flames with the help of Tank the K9.

Themed Entertainment, allows families to join the members of Mystery Inc. to analyze clues and put their problem-solving skills to the test. Families and young detectives will work through the rooms of the mansion meeting different characters of the iconic TV show that has captivated fans for more than five decades. Unmask the jewel thief and discover the secrets of the mansion.
