Pam is the former director and founder of the Leadership Center at the Community Foundation of Collier County. The Leadership Center is a management and governance training/resource center for the nonprofit charitable organizations serving Collier County.Pam has thirty-five years of experience in the nonprofit sector and has served in both board and staff roles. Prior to coming to Naples in 1996, Pam was employed as Director of Nonprofit Resources for United Way in Dayton, Ohio. She managed the United Way's Center for Nonprofit Resources which provided consulting, training, and volunteer resources to over 300 nonprofit organizations in Ohio. Additionally, Pam is a past-president of the Junior League of Dayton and currently a member of the League Club of Naples. Pam's special expertise is in nonprofit board governance. Prior to her retirement, she trained people from hundreds of different boards in Ohio and Florida. Education: B.A.- Miami University of Ohio, French, Cum Laude
