There’s something new to do every day at C’mon!  C’mon is packed with 30,000 square feet of interactive exhibits. With 12 hands-on exhibit galleries, there is plenty of fun and learning to be had.  To see what’s going on during the day of your visit, please check our online calendar for event times and descriptions. Remember, there is plenty for tykes two and under too!

There are many new activities every day and special events every week.  Check out our online calendar to see what we’re highlighting today.  Plus, don’t forget we have exciting permanent exhibits and traveling exhibits which are constantly changing.

C’mon is for the young and young at heart, but specifically, we target children from birth to age 14 and their families.  Each of our exhibits, experiences and programs have been designed to engage a broad range of children’s ages and interests.  Only WGCU Curious Kids, is limited to children 8 years and older — adults, KEEP OUT!  And the ABC Toddler Lot is one of three toddler exhibits that are limited to children younger than 3 years of age and their caretakers.

There is no exact answer to this question.  It all depends on your child’s age and interests.  First-time visitors spend closer to four hours.  Out-of-town guests make us a destination and visit us for at least two days.  We are a one-stop for family fun: play, eat and shop here!

We ask that all children are accompanied by an adult.  Any unaccompanied child will be escorted to the Welcome Center to remain there until a parent or caretaker is located.  The child will not be allowed to leave the Museum until someone picks up the child.

Arrive early to avoid crowds.  Mornings are an excellent time for infant/toddler group play and for parents to socialize with other parents within the exhibits!  During the school year, a visit after 1:30 p.m. avoids school tours.  Our busiest times happen during the weekend.

We ask visitors to not bring outside food into the Museum.  You may choose from a healthy and varied selection of food items in our full-service Garden Cafe.  We also ask visitors to not eat in the exhibit galleries.  There are plenty of tables at the Garden Café and outside at the picnic tables in Johnsonville Backyardville.  The Garden Cafe offers a number of dining choices, made with fresh ingredients and preservative-free breads:
  • Ham, tuna and other cold sandwiches.
  • Apples, bananas, cheese and yogurt.
  • Vegetarian and meat wraps.
  • Grilled chicken Cesar salad, Cobb salad and fruit salad.

Yes, directly across from the Naples Trolley, outside the Art Studio is a place to park your stroller.  Visitors may also store items in the locker room located beside the elevator. View our Museum Map for more information.

Yes, we do. Self-guided tours will be available online and from the visitor services desk that highlight exhibits with special objects to look at, listen for, touch, or think about. Please call (239) 514-0084 for details.

What do we offer for infants and toddlers?

There are many activities for young infants/toddlers at C’mon.
  • The ABC Toddler Lot is an area specifically designed for toddlers ages 0-3 years of age.  Older children will not be allowed in this exhibit.  This interactive fun-filled wonderland offers tots the opportunity for exploration, discovery, experimentation and wonder in a fun, safe environment.

How can I volunteer at the Museum?

There are many ways to support the museum.  C’mon greatly appreciates donations and volunteers.  We believe volunteers are vital in supporting us to transform and touch the community.  While having direct contact with children and families, our volunteers have an opportunity to express their passion for learning as well as shape the lives of our adults of tomorrow.

The Museum is supported by income generated by usage fees and generous contributions from Naple’s philanthropic community. Any donation, whether great are small, is always appreciated.  To make a donation, please call the C’mon Development Office at (239) 260-1708 or support us online.
