Welcome to my new C’mon Volunteer Coordinator’s blog. I am happy to be able to communicate with all our volunteers on a weekly (or daily) basis in order to keep everyone up to date. We may be talking about the museum, new volunteer job positions, training and/or orientation, schedules, outreach opportunities, festivals….including the upcoming Duck Race on February 27….anything of interest of you, our volunteers.
Did you know, for instance, that in the year 2009, we serviced 3,706 children and adults in our outreach programs – all without a real brick and mortar museum? This is phenomenal … thanks to many of you.
